is Deposit Betting?

Collect your winnings from any of our shops
Any winnings will be credited to your account and balance updated.
You can collect your winnings from any Celtic Bookmakers shop
on productions of your deposit card and photo I.D. If you have
used debit/credit card funds to bet with, you can also collect
your winnings from any Celtic Bookmakers shop on productions
of Deposit Card and Photo I.D., or you can request to be paid
by cheque and we will send the cheque to your postal address
within 5 working days. No winnings can be returned to debit/credit
cards.
How do I open and Account?
It’s easy, just follow the 3 simple steps:
• Complete an application form (which can be obtained from
any one of
our shops) bring the completed from to our shop staff
together with your opening deposit, which is a minimum of €10.
If you want to receive statements, make sure you tick the
box provided.
• You can deposit funds by cash or debit/credit car.
• A member of staff will give you a receipt for your deposit,
together with your account card and personal account number.

• Our normal opening hours are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm during
the winter racing season and 9.30 am to 9.30 pm during summer/evening
racing season.

You can bet on a wide range of events, Horse Racing, Greyhound
Racing, Irish Lottery, Football, Rugby, GAA, Golf, Tennis,
Darts, Snooker, Cricket, Motor Racing etc. and Bet in running
on live sporting events.
• Quote your account number and name, and place your
bet as usual and you can check your current balance at any
time.
Minimum Phone Bet is €10.

In the interest of client confidently and to assist us resolving
queries and maintaining standards of service all telephone
calls to our Telephone Betting Centre are recorded on security
tape.Customers should remain on the line until their bets
have been confirmed back to them. Should a call be disconnected,
it is your responsibility to call back immediately to confirm
the bet details. Otherwise the bet will stand providing we
are satisfied as to your instructions and on condition they
are acceptable to us and within your appropriate funds, where
applicable le. Bets can only be cancelled by mutual consent.
